GetPRO UK Beat Alcaraz - Terms and Conditions

This prize draw (“Promotion”) is open to eligible consumers who purchase participating promotional GetPRO products and sign up for the GetPRO Feed Your Progress hub.

The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, who are 18 years old or over.

With the exception of employees and the immediate families and agents of Nutricia Limited t/a Danone UK or any of its subsidiary of affiliated companies, members of the immediate families or households of such employees, and anyone otherwise connected with the operation or fulfilment of the Promotion.

Purchase is necessary to enter this Promotion. Internet access, a compatible smartphone, and registration on the promotional hub are required. Participation is online only.

Participants may submit a maximum of two (2) entries per person, per day throughout the promotional period. Entries exceeding this limit will not be counted.

No bulk, trade, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. The Promoter believes in responsible consumption and does not encourage purchasing more product than can reasonably be consumed in order to participate.

The Promotion opens at 00:01 (BST) on the 13th of April 2026 and closes at 23:59 (BST) on 31st August 2026.

Any entries received outside of these times and dates will not be entered into this promotions draw.

Entrants will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win the Meet and Greet Alcaraz prize described in Clause 25.

The prize draw will take place after the promotional closing date and on or before the 7th September 2026.

One (1) winner will be selected at random using an independently supervised process from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.

The winner will be notified via the email address provided at registration within 7 days of the draw.

The winner must respond within 14 days confirming acceptance of the prize and providing any requested details required for prize fulfilment.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from remaining eligible entries, and the original winner will forfeit the Meet and Greet Alcaraz prize and Beat Alcaraz prize.

One (1) winner will be selected from the shortlist of thirteen (13) entrants from across the world.

The winner may be selected at random using an independently supervised process from all eligible entries, or from a submission of why they feel they would be best suited to play Alcaraz (winner will be decided at the discretion of the Promoter).

The winner will be announced at the Meet & Greet Alcaraz event.

One (1) Meet & Greet with Carlos Alcaraz prize to be won.

The chance to win One (1) Beat Alcaraz prize (30-minute sporting experience) overall.

The prize will be arranged directly with the winner and shall include economy travel, ground transfer and a 2-night stay in a hotel.

By participating in the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that the prize is awarded on an “as is” basis and neither the Promoter nor its affiliates make any representations or warranties in relation to the prize beyond those required by law.

The participation of Carlos Alcaraz in the final event is planned; however, his attendance may be impacted in specific circumstances beyond Danone’s control, including (i) injury or medical reasons, (ii) force majeure, or (iii) an unexpected change to his professional schedule communicated by his management. In such cases, Danone will use reasonable efforts to propose an alternative solution, such as rescheduling the event or arranging an alternative interaction with Carlos, without this creating an obligation for Danone to offer compensation beyond what is reasonably feasible.

The winner must be available to travel on the date specified by the Promoter.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Third-party terms and conditions may apply to elements of the prize such as travel, accommodation or event access.

There are certain things for which the Promoter does not accept any liability to you, and these are explained in the next three paragraphs. The law does not allow the Promoter to exclude or limit its liability for some things, such as death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or loss caused by a false statement where the statement is made fraudulently. The Promoter accepts full liability for these matters and all matters for which it cannot, under English law, exclude or limit its liability. Otherwise, the exclusions of liability described below will apply. References to the “Promoter” include all of the Promoter’s associated companies, agents or any other third party involved in the Promotion.

Subject to the above paragraph, the Promoter will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) acts, omissions, and occurrences beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware, or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt, or processing of your entry.

If this Promotion is unable to run as planned due to computer virus, network/technical/communications failure, tampering or any cause beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries (subject to any written directions given under applicable law).

Entries must not be made through agents or third parties or any automated entry software or any other means which allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programme, application, script, brute force or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. Any correspondence entered into is at the discretion of the Promoter. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted. The Promoter is not obligated to inform the entrants who have entered such entries of such disqualification.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsman-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the promotion, choice of prize winner(s) or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.

The promoter reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified within these terms and conditions or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorized human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of the promoter that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Promotion.

Neither the promoter nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies are responsible for any condition, circumstances, losses, failures or delays caused by events beyond its or their control such as (but not limited to) the acts or defaults of any supplier selected by the promoter to provide the prize or otherwise that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted, or that may lead to loss or damage of the prize in transit to the winner.

Any entrant who enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the promoter's reasonable determination is contrary to these terms and conditions or by its nature is unjust to other entrants (including without limitation tampering with the operation of the Promotion, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or the promoter and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the Promotion at the promoter's sole discretion. Furthermore, where such actions have significantly impaired the Promotion, the promoter may, at its sole discretion, add further stages to the Promotion as it deems reasonably necessary in order to resolve any problems arising as a result of such actions.

The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the Promotion or these terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

The Promoter takes the protection of your person data seriously. By entering in this promotional offer, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy available at https://www.getpro.co.uk/privacy-policy.html and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotional offer. Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed by the Promoter to a third party unless for the purpose of servicing / implementing the Promotion and prizes. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to Data subject rights request | Danone By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described in these Terms and Conditions.

Personal data which is provided by entrants on entering the Promotion will be processed and stored in a joint database accessed by the Promoter and any third party appointed for the purpose of managing entries to the Promotion. By providing personal information, entrants consent to the processing and storage of personal information by the Promoter for this purpose.

By entering the Promotion, the winners agree to the processing of their personal data by any appointed third party for this purpose. All data will be handled in accordance with any appointed third party’s privacy policy, to be shared with all prize winners.

No bulk, trade, syndicate, consumer group, third party or organized group entries will be accepted. All entries must be made directly by the participant entering the Promotion.

There is no cash alternative and no other benefits, items or additions can be substituted for any prize won. The Promoter reserves the right to provide similar alternatives of equal or greater value, in the event of circumstances outside of its control. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prizes will only be available to the winners and cannot be sold or auctioned.

If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, any affected entrants will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotion or prizes.

The Promoter cannot be held responsible for entries that are delayed, illegible, invalid, misdirected or incomplete.

No entrant can use their computer to undermine the Promotion (e.g. by the use of 'script' or 'brute force'). In this event the participant's entry will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for participants for address, age and identity details (passport, driving license or equivalent) which they must provide within 7 days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered in relation to this and all other clauses.

In the event of exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavor to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any participant’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.

If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
