GetPRO Feed Your Progress Hub Rewards

The Promotion is open to United Kingdom (UK) residents only, aged 18 years and over.

With exception of employees and agents of Danone or any of its subsidiary of affiliated companies, members of the immediate families or households of such employees, and anyone otherwise connected with the operation or fulfilment of the Promotion.

To take part in this Promotion, you are required to have internet access, an email address, and a Strava, Fitbit or Garmin account.

To enter the Promotion, entrants must register, and complete the onboarding within the GetPRO Feed Your Progress Hub.

During registration, the following details will be required; First name, Last name, Email address, Country, Date of birth, Gender, and Weight.

One of the following third-party activity tracking integrations much be selected; Strava, Fitbit, or Garmin.

Scanning barcode of GetPRO product and uploading receipt will be required to obtain points for purchase of a GetPRO product, and for redeeming any prize. Receipts which are altered or unclear, may be rejected by the Promoter.

A person whose name is identified on the mode of entry (“Entrant”) must be a resident in the United Kingdom.

Maximum of one (1) account per person. Anyone found trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted.

Entrants can collect points for a variety of activities within three categories as shown in the table below:

The promotional period runs from 10:00 on 17th July 2025 and closes 23:59 on 31st January 2026 (the closing date).

Any entries received outside of these times and dates will not be entered into this Promotion draw.

Once a user has collected enough points for the desired prize/reward, the user will be required to scan the barcode of a GetPRO and upload a receipt as proof of purchase to complete a prize redemption.

Your prize redemption will be void and rejected if photos or receipts altered, photocopied/screenshotted or reproduced (whole or part). Any such misuse may constitute a prosecutable offence.

The submission of a till receipt via photo upload is a pre-requisite of the prize/reward redemption verification process as proof of purchase. This data will be held on file by Holograph and be made available to the Promoter as required for redemption validation and anonymised data analysis but will not be used for personalised marketing purposes.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of the prizes) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter. All prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Third party terms and conditions apply to parts of the prize where applicable.

Details of the prize winner’s name will be available for three months after the close of this Promotion by writing to the Promoter at their address. Should a winner object to their information being made available or request that disclosure be limited in scope they should write to the Promoter at the address set out above. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

The above table indicates the prizes available to be won. An entrant who reaches the points required for a prize, will only be able to redeem that prize if other entrants have not reached that point score before and already made a prize redemption.

Each prize is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative unless specified by the Promoter.

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that the prize is awarded on an "as is" basis, and that neither the promoter nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies, make any representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to add, remove, change, or limit the availability of rewards at any time, without prior notice. The platform’s points and rewards system may be adjusted or modified at any time.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Any fraudulent behaviour, including falsified activities or purchase submissions, may result in forfeiture of points and possible account suspension.

There are certain things for which the Promoter does not accept any liability to you, and these are explained in the next three paragraphs. The law does not allow the Promoter to exclude or limit its liability for some things, such as death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or loss caused by a false statement where the statement is made fraudulently. The Promoter accepts full liability for these matters and all matters for which it cannot, under English law, exclude or limit its liability. Otherwise, the exclusions of liability described below will apply. References to the “Promoter” include all of the Promoter’s associated companies, agents or any other third party involved in the Promotion.

Subject to the above paragraph, the Promoter will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) acts, omissions, and occurrences beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion;

Any changes to prizes or the way in which they can be used;

Problems with the allotment or dispatch of prizes (such as prizes failing to reach the intended recipient);

Any taxes, fees, charges or other costs which winner(s) may be required to pay at any time in connection with a prize (except to the extent that the Promoter has expressly and specifically accepted responsibility for the same); and

Any act, omission, or default of any third-party including Strava, Fitbit or Garmin.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware, or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt, or processing of your entry.

If this Promotion is unable to run as planned due to computer virus, network/technical/communications failure, tampering or any cause beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries (subject to any written directions given under applicable law).

Entries must not be made through agents or third parties or any automated entry software or any other means which allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programme, application, script, brute force or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. Any correspondence entered into is at the discretion of the Promoter. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted. The Promoter is not obligated to inform the entrants who have entered such entries of such disqualification.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the promotion, choice of prize winner(s) or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.

The promoter reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified within these terms and conditions or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorized human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of the promoter that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Promotion.

Neither the promoter nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies are responsible for any condition, circumstances, losses, failures or delays caused by events beyond its or their control such as (but not limited to) the acts or defaults of any supplier selected by the promoter to provide the prize or otherwise that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted, or that may lead to loss or damage of the prize in transit to the winner.

Any entrant who enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the promoter's reasonable determination is contrary to these terms and conditions or by its nature is unjust to other entrants (including without limitation tampering with the operation of the Promotion, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or the promoters and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the Promotion at the promoter's sole discretion. Furthermore, where such actions have significantly impaired the Promotion, the promoter may, at its sole discretion, add further stages to the Promotion as it deems reasonably necessary in order to resolve any problems arising as a result of such actions.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the Promotion or these terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. We will notify you of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms and conditions. Upon termination or suspension, all points and reward eligibility may be forfeited.

The promoter will collect and process participants' personal information and it will be shared with the promoter's agents and affiliates (including those outside the European Economic Area) to the extent necessary in order to conduct the Promotion including for the prize to be delivered to the winner. If entrants do not provide any of the mandatory information requested when entering and taking part in the Promotion, they may not take part in the Promotion.

The Promoter will only use each winner’s, and each entrant’s, personal details for the purpose of administering the Promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive further marketing communications.

Entrants' names and other personal details from their entry to the Promotion will be collected and stored by the promoter and its affiliates (including those outside the European Economic Area) and held in accordance with the applicable privacy policy in place from time to time (see https://www.getpro.co.uk/privacy-policy.html).

Your details will at all times be kept confidential, and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, or request deletion of data by sending an email to dpo.ukie@danone.com. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time. For the purpose of your promotion, requests to delete personal data can only be actioned after the relevant promotion has concluded.

If you have opted in, the Promoter (and their respective business partners if applicable) may also use the details you give us to contact you for marketing purposes by post, email and/or SMS.
