BEAT THE PRO SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

The “Beat The Pro Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 29, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on August 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official “timekeeper” of this Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry (“Entrant”). Employees of Danone US, LLC (the “Sponsor”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, governors, owners, partners, distributors, retailers, advertising/promotion/service agencies, dealers, licensors, agents, suppliers, and independent contractors (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and each of their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (defined as spouses, parents, siblings and children and anyone else residing in their same household) are not eligible for the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

During the Sweepstakes Period, there are three (3) ways to enter (but you may only receive one Entry per day as further described below): via the microsite (the “Website”), via Instagram (the “Platform”) or via mail-in (“AMOE”).

Website, Instagram, and AMOE Entries will be collectively referred to as “Entries”. Limit one (1) Entry per person per day, regardless of method of Entry for that day. A maximum of sixty-four (64) total Entries per person throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period may be accrued.

Website: Entrants who enter via the Website may earn up to three (3) bonus entries. After submitting an eligible Website Entry, the Entrant may receive a unique referral link to share with friends. For each referred friend who submits an eligible Entry using the referral link, the Entrant will receive one (1) bonus entry.

Platform: Entrants who submit an eligible Entry via the Platform may earn up to three (3) bonus entries by tagging up to three (3) unique friends in response to the Sponsor’s Sweepstakes post. The Entrant will receive one (1) bonus entry for each tagged friend who subsequently submits an eligible Entry. Commenting on the Sponsor’s Sweepstakes post and tagging @OIKOS in the Entrant’s post are required as part of the initial Entry and do not independently qualify the Entrant for bonus entry. The Entrant will receive one (1) bonus entry for each tagged friend who subsequently submits an eligible Entry.

Entrant may also earn one (1) bonus entry for following @OIKOS and @Carlitosalcarazz on Instagram.

AMOE: Entrants may earn three (3) bonus entry by completing hand-print your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number (including area code), date of birth, valid email address, and the phrase “I want to Beat the Pro” on a plain 3” x 5” index card bonus entry method AND mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: Beat The Pro Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7690 Melville, NY 11775. All AMOE bonus entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2026 and received by September 7, 2026 and must be complete to be eligible.

Limit ten (10) bonus entries per person, regardless of method of entry or combination of entry methods, during the Sweepstakes Period.

Entrants are limited to a total maximum of seventy-four (74) Entries per person for the Sweepstakes Period (as broken out above).

Going forward, bonus entries will also be collectively known as (“Entries”). All Entries must be received via Website and Platform by 11:59 PM ET on August 31, 2026 and AMOE Entries (including bonus entries) must be postmarked by August 31, 2026 and received by September 7, 2026, to be eligible for the random drawing. Duplicate Entries submitted by the same person using multiple email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations, or methods of Entry are void. Bonus entries earned in accordance with these Official Rules will not be considered duplicate Entries.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address on the Entry or associated with the Platform account will be deemed the Entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter or associated with the Platform will be deemed to be the Entrant. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Automated Entries or illegible or mis transcribed, regardless of method of submission, are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification. All Entries must be complete to be eligible. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned, and Sponsor will not verify receipt of Entries. Normal Internet and/or mobile device access and usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online and/or mobile service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, postage-due or damaged Entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor.

All Entries must be in English and must comply with these Official Rules and the registration instructions, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to be eligible. Any people depicted in Entries must have given permission to be featured in the Entry. The Entrant must be the parent or legal guardian of any minor featured/mentioned in the Entry. The Entry may not contain obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory or inappropriate content; and may not include human nudity, acts of violence or abuse, acts that appear to cause injury or harm, or acts that are illegal or dangerous, or any graphic content as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entries must also not contain any of the following: hateful, abusive or sensitive content; inclusion of restricted and/or illegal products/services; adult sexual content; profanity and offensive language; political statements that instigate hate speech; or controversial religious statements/affiliations. Entries must not include any or computer-automated or AI-generated content. Entries may not contain any third-party materials (other than Sponsor-owned), and may not contain any materials that violate or infringe (or may be at risk of infringing) any third-party rights, including without limitation copyright, trademark rights, privacy rights (including portrayal in a false light), publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor has the sole discretion to determine whether an Entrant’s submission qualifies as an Entry. Any Entry not in compliance with the above and which does not meet the requirements of these Official Rules will be disqualified.

By submitting an Entry, you hereby grant the Sweepstakes Entities the irrevocable, perpetual, royalty free, worldwide rights to use, reproduce, publish, edit, market, store, adapt, assign, sell, dispose of, distribute, have distributed, publicly and privately display, communicate, publicly and privately perform, transmit, create derivative works based upon, and promote the Entry or excerpts of the Entry (as such may be edited and modified by the Sponsor in its discretion) in perpetuity, for editorial, commercial, promotional and all other purposes (including posting on Sponsor-affiliated websites, and/or other Sponsor-selected media). Further, by entering, you understand that your Entry in its entirety or portion thereof may (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) be posted on websites, social media sites and/or other Sponsor-selected media.

On or about September 8, 2026, one (1) random drawing to select one (1) Grand Prize winner (“Winner”) will be conducted from among all eligible Entries received. Drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawing. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.

Sponsor’s/Administrator’s decisions are final with respect to all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. By participating, Entrants agree to the decisions of the Sponsor’s/Administrator’s collectively, which shall be final and binding in all respects. No information regarding Entries or the random drawing will be disclosed to any third party not involved in the conduct of the Sweepstakes.

The potential Winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their website/AMOE Entry or via Direct Message (“DM”) if they entered via the Platform and must respond back in the timeframe specified or they will be disqualified. The potential Winner will then be required to execute and return, via email, a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) and an Assignment of Rights within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, or the potential winner will be disqualified. If Winner notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if they fail to return the required verification documents within the required time frame, the potential Winner will be disqualified, and an alternate may be selected, time permitting. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sweepstakes Entities to use Winner’s name, Entry, Photo, and likeness for promotional purposes in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Potential Winner may be required to agree to and pass a background and social media check and Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify the potential Winner based on the results of such checks, if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding a prize to such Entrant might reflect negatively on Sponsor. Factors that would result in disqualification include, without limitation, having been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor, being delinquent on a government ordered payment, such as child support, spousal support, alimony, tax payments, etc. Winner’s social media pages must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image (including, for illustrative purposes only, free of offensive or derogatory language, discrimination, bullying or harassment, etc.) or they may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.

One (1) Grand Prize FOR GRAND PRIZE WINNER ONLY: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for the Winner and to a Sponsor designated destination in Murcia, Spain (“Trip”). Trip includes round trip business class air transportation from major airport closest to Winner’s home to an airport near the destination city. Winner will be required to travel on overnight ("red-eye") flights as determined by Sponsor. Actual flight itinerary, routing, and travel dates are subject to Sponsor's sole discretion three (3) days/two (2) nights hotel accommodations, $250 awarded as a gift card to the Winner to be used for meals. During the Trip. Winner will have the opportunity to attend an exclusive event featuring Carlos Alcaraz (“Event”), and will be considered for a chance to compete with Carlos Alcaraz in the sport of their choice from provided choices: badminton; table tennis; basketball (shooting challenge only); football/soccer (shooting challenge only); frisbee; bowling; cornhole; mini golf or putting; darts; billiards/pool; rounders/baseball (throwing or hitting challenge only); padel; pickleball; pinball; axe throwing; or chess (“Competition”). The specific sport, challenge format, rules of play, equipment, and event details will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternative sport or challenge if any listed activity becomes unavailable or impractical. The Winner will have the opportunity to meet Carlos Alcaraz during the Event. However, participation in the Competition is not guaranteed and will be determined on-site in Spain based on a pre-qualifying interview (that will be set up for Winner while there). Any applicable participation requirements, eligibility, safety protocols, and Competition requirements will be established by the Competition organizers, in their sole discretion. Sponsor and Administrator will have no involvement in, or control over, the interview or selection process. No additional compensation or substitute prize will be awarded if the winner is not determined to participate in the Competition. ARV: $15,000. The participation of Carlos Alcaraz in the Event/Competition is planned; however, his attendance may be impacted in specific circumstances beyond Danone’s control, including (i) injury or medical reasons, (ii) force majeure, or (iii) an unexpected change to his professional schedule communicated by his management. In such cases, Danone will use reasonable efforts to propose an alternative solution, such as rescheduling the Event or arranging an alternative interaction with Carlos, without this creating an obligation for Danone to offer compensation beyond what is reasonably feasible. Prize will be fulfilled once eligibility has been confirmed and Entrant is officially deemed the Winner. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted, except as permitted by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor may award a substitute prize or prize component of comparable or greater value if the prize or prize component listed becomes unavailable for any reason except as specifically stated. In the event the Winner engages in behavior during the Trip or the Event and/or Competition that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Trip or eject them from the Event and/or Competition, and send the Winner home (at Winner’s own expense) with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever to the Winner. In the event the Winner engages in behavior or participation in Grand Prize that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is illegal, tortious, or subjects Winner to arrest or detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by Winner as a result of such conduct.

All federal, state and/or local income and other taxes on the actual value of the prize are Winner’s sole responsibility. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the actual value of their prize for tax reporting purposes for the year the prize is awarded. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Prize may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Winner must have valid travel documents prior to departure [i.e., passport (or passport card), VISA, etc]. All travel must be completed on the dates specified by Sponsor on dates coordinating with the Event (or prize may be forfeited, with no compensation); dates of departure and return are subject to change. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, airline baggage fees, taxes, tips, entertainment, transfers, and transportation to/from airport and Winner’s home residence are the Winner's sole responsibility. Winner will be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined in the hotel’s sole discretion upon hotel check-in and all in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals and any other expenses charged to the Winner’s hotel room will be charged to that major valid credit card. Sponsor will, in its sole discretion, determine which airport is closest to the Winner’s home. Travel subject to availability and blackout dates. Winner is also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or other transportation companies shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to the Winner’s transportation and such contracts shall be solely between the prize winner and such transportation companies. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets will not be replaced or exchanged. No stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as part of the prize. If a stopover occurs, the prize travel will terminate, and Winner will be responsible for the full fare which will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any air carrier(s) or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Airline tickets issued in connection with the prize may not be eligible for frequent flyer miles or upgrades. Winner must comply with all hotel check-in requirements. Air transportation and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY TRAVEL RELATED TO THE PRIZE OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF WINNER’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE.

No transfer, cash or other substitution of prize is permitted. Resale of any portion of the prize is prohibited. In the event that Carlos Alcaraz in unable to participate in the Event with Winner, that portion of prize will be forfeited with no additional compensation.

By accepting the prize, Winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the applicable Event and the Event venue. Sponsor is not responsible if the Event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and the Winner will not be reimbursed. In exchange for the right to participate in the Sweepstakes, Entrant and winner agree to release, discharge and hold harmless SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES, INSTAGRAM AND THEIR AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING AGENCIES, WEBSITE PROVIDERS, WEB MASTERS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ALL LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE, PLATFORM OR EMAIL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SUCH SITES. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Sweepstakes Entities will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside of Sweepstakes Entities’ control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the Event. Winner must follow any applicable protocols in place at time of travel and the Event. All prize details are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner hereby represents and warrants that they have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with their contents and agree to be bound by them. Entrants, and Winner agree to hold the Sweepstakes Entities harmless from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any prize-related activity, Event, Trip or any typographical or other errors in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the prize. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be disclosed. Receipt of Entries may be acknowledged, but such acknowledgment is not binding upon Sponsor or Administrator. The use of script, macro, or automated devices (or any other devices intended to automate or subvert any aspect of participation) to enter is prohibited. If Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines that an Entrant has used an automated or similar device to enter or is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, all Entries received by that Entrant will be void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Entries/winner notification; or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW; SHOULD ANY SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds: to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or, to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised or impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, outbreak of widespread illness, pandemic, or other similar occurrence, civil unrest or any other problem or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes and select the Winner from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation.

1) Any and all disputes, claims, and of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or the prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; 2) Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and shall not include any punitive, consequential or other damages, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes but in no event include attorneys' fees; 3) The value of the prize set forth above represents Sponsor’s determination of the ARV in its sole and absolute discretion thereof and such determinations are final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash; and 4) Under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All dispute resolution shall be made by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

Except to the extent pre-empted by federal or other applicable state law, the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions thereof. Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes , Entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Entrant; (b) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (c) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, direct or indirect or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than Entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, and to the extent Entrants may otherwise elect at the time of entry, personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the online privacy policy of the Sponsor. Any communication or information transmitted to Sponsor through entry, by e-mail or otherwise is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
