Beat The Pro Sweepstakes FAQs

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 29, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on August 31, 2026.

There are three ways to enter the Beat The Pro Sweepstakes:

1. Via Microsite: Visit beatalcaraz.com/uk (the “Website”): (i) complete the online registration form including the required fields of first name, last name, and email address; Instagram Handle (optional), and (ii) upload a photo of yourself enjoying your favorite OIKOS product (the “Photo”). Each eligible completed registration form received with the uploaded Photo will receive one (1) entry into the random drawing (“Website Entry”).

2. Via Instagram: To enter via the Platform, Entrants will be required to comment on the Sponsor’s Sweepstakes post, make an in-feed post including one (1) Photo (as defined above), tag @OIKOS, and include the hashtags #Sweepstakes and #BeatThePro in the caption (the “Instagram Entry”). Each eligible Instagram Entry will receive one (1) Instagram Entry into the random drawing. Entrant must have a valid Instagram account. If the Entrant does not have an Instagram account, visit Instagram to create one for free. Instagram Entries must comply with the Instagram Terms of Use. Entrant's Instagram account must be set to public and remain public through the conclusion of the winner verification process. Entries submitted from private accounts may not be visible to Sponsor and may be disqualified.

3. Mail-in Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”): To enter without making a purchase or entering via the Website or Platform, hand-print your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number (including area code), date of birth, valid email address, and the phrase “I want to Beat the Pro” on a plain 3” x 5” index card and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: Beat The Pro Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7690, Melville, NY 11775 (“AMOE Entry”). Each eligible AMOE Entry will be entered into the random drawing. AMOE Entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2026 and received by September 7, 2026.

To enter, you must be a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

No, a purchase of the OIKOS product is not required.

The prize consists of a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for the Winner to a Sponsor-designated destination in Murcia, Spain (“Trip”). The Trip includes round-trip business-class air transportation from the major airport nearest the Winner’s residence to an airport serving the destination city. To accommodate the event schedule, the Winner may be required to travel on overnight (“red-eye”) flights, as determined by Sponsor. Actual travel dates, flight itinerary, and routing will be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Three (3) days/two (2) nights of hotel accommodations and a $250 gift card awarded to the Winner to help cover meals during the Trip. During the Trip, the winner will have the opportunity to attend an exclusive event featuring Carlos Alcaraz (“Event”), and will be considered for a chance to compete with Carlos Alcaraz in the sport of their choice from provided choices: badminton; table tennis; basketball (shooting challenge only); football/soccer (shooting challenge only); frisbee; bowling; cornhole; mini golf or putting; darts; billiards/pool; rounders/baseball (throwing or hitting challenge only); padel; pickleball; pinball; axe throwing; or chess (“Competition”). The specific sport, challenge format, rules of play, equipment, and event details will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Winner will have the opportunity to meet Carlos Alcaraz during the Event. However, participation in the Competition is not guaranteed and will be determined on-site in Spain based on a pre-qualifying interview (that will be set up for Winner while there).

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing and must successfully pass a comprehensive background check, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, in order to be confirmed as the winner.

Don Jagoda Associates (DJA) is the Sweepstakes Administrator. DJA is an independent judging organization responsible for ensuring that the Sweepstakes is administered in compliance with the Sweepstake’s Official Rules.

The sweepstakes are governed by various state and federal laws and regulations which are intended to protect the consumer. This isn’t a scam. Don Jagoda Associates has been in business for over 60 years and if you are being contacted by DJA, you are a legitimate potential winner. Also, please note that any email sent by DJA will only come from a @dja or @donjagoda email address.

In order to confirm an entrant as an actual winner, we must confirm that he/she has met the eligibility criteria outlined in the Official Rules, and has complied with the Official Rules. A potential winner will be confirmed as a winner after the required Prize Acceptance document(s) are returned and we are able to confirm entrant’s eligibility as required in the Official Rules governing the promotion. Potential winner will also be required to successfully pass a comprehensive background check.

Many times an entrant is automatically entered into a promotion when he/she uses a credit card, registers at a website or signs up for a club/enrolls in a store points program. Therefore, you may have received an automatic entry without realizing it and if you are receiving the notification from DJA it is for a legitimate promotion.

DocuSign® is the leading eSignature company that DJA is using to send Prize Acceptance document(s). DocuSign provides an easy and fast way to sign and send your Prize Acceptance document(s) and most importantly, your information is encrypted and stored securely.

We can assure you that we understand the sensitivity surrounding providing such personal information but we adhere to the strictest security procedures with handling such data. There are two (2) possible reasons for requesting your Social Security number:

1. Prize Value: Prizes are deemed “miscellaneous income” by the IRS; winners are responsible for paying the applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. If the prize value is $2,000 or more, the promotion sponsor is legally obligated to issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner, with a copy to the IRS, for the actual value of the prize awarded.

2. Background Check: It’s not uncommon for a promotion sponsor to require a winner to submit to a background check if, for example, the prize includes “special access” to an event or if the winner is going to be directly associated with the sponsor publicly. If a prize for which you are being considered requires a background check, this information will be clearly and conspicuously disclosed in your Prize Acceptance document(s).

If the notification is coming directly from DJA then you would never need to make a payment in order to receive a prize. That is not a real winner notification that you received and it is from a party pretending to be DJA. Please do not make any payment for a prize.
